Empty Dialog box in the label wizard - help!

Hi,
I have Acccess 2002 using MS/XP operating system. When I
create a new report select Label Wizard and my query and
in the next dialog select the label (Avery 8460), the
next dialog (where I am supposed to select the font)
comes up empty (no text, buttons, nothing)! I have loaded
all the recent service packs, but they did not fix the
problem. I have an Epson photo 780 printer ...
Anyone ever seen this?
