empty email

I have a customer who is having problems receiving their
email. One user keep receiving blank email messages. He
has people sending him valid email messages but when they
arrive in his inbox they are totally blank. No from, to,
subject or body. I have searched the knowledgebase but
haven't found anything. Any help is appreciated.
