Empty emails

Once in a while, I receive emails from email addresses I don't know and there
is no text inside. Why does it happen?

I have sort of the same prolbem I just got outlook 2007 beta 2 and now when I
go to get mail off my Gmail account only the subject, sender... everything
but the body. I know I configured POP right because all the settings
transfured from my outlook 2003 to my 2007. Also the saved messages that got
copied I was abel to see them.

The messages come from emails that don't exist like (e-mail address removed)
Maybe it has a marketing goal?
