empty Infopath Error loading DLL when preview

I have a strane problem, just installed Office with SP1 on a XP computer.

I open a blank form in infopath, click preview and get:

InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's
code.
The following error occurred:

Error in loading DLL
File:script.js
Line:14

The error is in the only line available in the script.

Any ideas...

I am guessing becuase the script is causing the error it is the script that
is at fault, what does the script say?

It is an empty form created with "new blank form".

Here is the script. It must be something related to XML dlls.
