Empty Mail when repley or forward an existing mail

Hello, got a strange problem

Outllok 2003 all servicepacks and hotfixes are installed. Just Pop, no
exchange-Server.

If we answer or forward a mail in 10% the mail is sented empty. It's also
stored empty in the sent folder. Any ideas?
