Enable anonymous access

I have setup a project server web page and I want to use the project server
authentication only.... I already change the IIS Authentication Methods with
"Enable anonymous access". But it only work on some page. After I login and
click the "Tasks" . It ask for windows user name & password. Can I disable
it?
