Enable autoshape line transparency control

MS added the ability to adjust autoshap fill transparency levels, but lines
can not be controlled. It would be nice to see this feature in the future.

You should check out ESRI's symbol creation tools that they have added to
the ARCMap products. It would be nice to see this ability added to MS Word.
