Setting the macro security to Low enables all macros; setting it to High
disables all macros. Either way you don't get the enable/disable message.
However, if you want to retain macro security but get rid of the message,
then you could digitally sign them. In the VBA enditor Tools>Digital
Signature.
Users can then add you as a trusted source and the macros will automatically
run.
