Enable homepage to auto-refresh?

Hey everyone,

Wondering how I might go about setting up my home page to refresh
every 15-20 seconds? I have a webcam set up and this will allow
viewers to not hit refresh every time they want to view a new uploaded
webcam shot.

Be careful. I think that each page refresh will added to your counter on the
page or at the ISP. Your band width will also go through the roof...
If I'm wrong about this I apologize in advance. The refresh process is about
the only thing that comes to mind to do what you are attempting to do.
