Enable Hyperlinks in Word 2003

Since I installed Vista I get the following error when I try to use a
hyperlink in a Word 2003 document

The operation has been canceled due to restriction in effect on the
computer. Please contact you system administrator.

I am my System Admin! So what do I do to enable this again

Thanks That one didn't work for me. Nor did
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921649/en-us which specifically
addresses Word. Any other ideas

What are you hyperlinking to in Word? Another Word file? An Excel
file? A web page? Something else?

Mostly webpage but Indexes didn't work either. I don't know what it was
but I went back earlier in the Restore Points and got it taken care of.
