enable macros

I've created a form in Word XP, and I've recorded macros
that go to form fields then I run the macros on exit of a
form field. This allows me to setup my tab order. It
works fine until I close the form and reopen it then I
get the message that the macros are disabled. But when I
open the document there is no option for me to enable
them. I tried the security options but nothing seems to
work.

It seems that I have to enable the macros, but I don't
get the option to do so. Any ideas? BTW the macros are
attached to the form document.
