WHAT APPLICATION ARE YOU WORKING IN?

AND PLEASE TURN OFF THE CAPSLOCK, AS TYPING IN ALL CAPS INDICATES SHOUTING,
and I'm sure you didn't intend to shout.

IT SOUNDS LIKE there are is a visual basic project with programming that is
trying to start. The pop up is a good thing, since it seems to be defending
your pc. However, the vb could be anything, like maybe a program for
printing Acrobat documents, or something. It is difficult to know from my
end. I suggest to do a repair installation of your office. You can access
it via the help menu option, like inside of word.... Maybe its not so much
as a malware but a corrupted system file or addin or......etc.. See what
happens afterwards..

Internet Explorer isn't part of Microsoft Office. Can you please check
Help|About in the application window to see what application you are using?

What is it you're doing or trying to do when this happens?
