Enable or disable my button dynamically

Hi I am writing an addin that uses custom Ribbon.
There is a button which I want to enable only when there are 2 word docs
opened.
Does anyone know how to implement this?

This article seems to be a soltuion (by loading several customUI.xml) but I
was not able to figure out how to load and invalidate Ribbons....
