Not all of us live in our Inbox. Some people work from a prioritised and
scheduled list of Tasks that are Categorised into each project area so that
they can work to a plan rather than react to emails.

Some people would rather get less emails!

It is possible to use Outlook according to principles of effective time and
work management.
