Enable Outlook to view Public Folder while viewing the Favorite Fo

How do I enable Outlook to view the Public Folder while being able to view
the Mail Favorite Folder windows. We are on XP pro along with Outlook 2007
using 2008 Small business server standard that has 2007 Exchange server.
