In outlook you open tools, trusted center and look at add-ins, in this group
you find programs that are active, enabled, and disabled. Adobe pdf functions
show disabled and so far i have not been able to enable the program, the help
screen information was incorrect with its suggestions. This problem started
when I last updated Office, I have run diagnostic office and it found no
problems with progams loaded on my system.
