Enable use of Microsoft Office Professional on different computer

I installed a student version of Microsoft Office Professional on to my
computer. Subsequently I moved in with my partner and we both use his
computer. I want to uninstall this Microsoft Office Professional from my
computer (so that I can sell it)and install it on to his. Is this possible?
