enable users to log on by a different Windows account

Hello,
I'm trying to enable users to log on by a different Windows account. (Page
132 of Installation Guide)
but I got the message : "You are not using SSL. This feature is available
only if https:// protocole is used for the server connection..."
How and where can I set this https:// protocole ?
