Enableing Instant Search options & Note lags Summary

Beta version. Under tools, options, other, search... I dont have the option
to enable instant search. It says to click the button below to D/l but no
luck. The button is grayed out.

I have gotten the most recent version of Onenote and desktop search. But no
luck.

I am attempting to optain a Note Flag Summary from my 3 note books and it
takes over an hour each time I performe the task.

Any help or suggestions would be great.
