enabling a database

bubba

My company has recently upgraded to access 2k but not
everyone has done this because of a db that is 97 and we
have been having problems converting it. I have read a
little bit about enabling databases but need a little more
info on it and the pros and cons. Also my understanding
is that a person using a n enabled db in 2k can read,
write, delete bit cannot change an objects design. Is
this correct?

Thanks!!!
