Enabling custom add-in in Office 2007

Hi ,
I have written a custom COM add-in (its an xll) using VS2003 and
Office 2003.

I also have, on a seperate machine, a build of Vista with the trial
version of Microsoft Excel.
When i installed Excel, i turned on the Add-ins option in the menu.

My questions for Excel 2007:
(1) How do i see what add-ins are present (what is the equivalent to
Tools->Add-ins?)
(2) Where will my custom add-in show up ? I added it to the menu in
Excel 2003 and it shows up as a seperate menu.
(3) Am i forced to create a ribbon for my add-in ?

I haven't installed my add-in on this machine yet (I have unrelated
installer issues). I was wondering how i see which other add-ins are
installed.

1) Office button, Excel Options, Add-Ins
2) Add-Ins tab
3) If you don't want to be stuck on the Add-Ins tab in the group for
Custom Menus, then yes. Otherwise, no.

Thanks!
I was pleasantly surprised by how my add-in loaded up without any
problems. (Of course i had to make sure it works correctly with 2.0
first, but after that, it was a breeze).
