Enabling Enterprise Function

When I open Proj Pro all of the enterprise options in the
drop-down menus are grayed out/non-selectable. How do I
enable these? Also, where are the 'enterprise templates'
I can't find anything on Proj Server?

You must be logged into Project Server through Microsoft Project to use
enterprise features. Refer to the Resolution section of the following link
for directions on how to log in properly:
