Enabling Gif in both Netscape & IE

Hello folks,
Using Frontpage 2000
First I had a problem displaying images, I fixed that.

Now I am trying to get .gif animations to work in IE and Netscape 7.1. At
first I all my images were working in only IE. So I changed my page options
to IE and Netscape 3.0 browsers and later, which didn't fix the Netscape
problem but stopped .gifs working in IE. I changed the setting back to
Customs with all the boxes checked as they were originally. no change, no
..gifs working at all.

What do I need to do to have .gifs work in both IE and Netscape?

Hi Carl:

You could save thegifs as jpeg, delete the gifs, then insert the jpegs. A
lot of effort but it will work.
