Enabling hyperlinks on a form

I created hyperlinks on a document to be transfered to
other users. I also wanted to place check boxes on the
document so I could receive responses. To make the
checkboxes work, you must "lock" the form.
Unfortunately, locking the form disables the hyperlinks.
Is there any way that I can create usable checkboxes
without deleting the hyperlinks that allow for easy
navigation?
