Enabling Integrated Windows Authentication

Hello

I am trying to enable Integrated Windows Authentication for project server
2003. I logged as Administrator and in the Team Members Group I added 'Users'
in the Active Directory Group.

When I do Update Now for synchronaization it gives Failure in the grid.
