Enabling menus in start up

Access 2000: I've created a small DB, and then changed the
start up options to bring up the main form, and remove
most menus/tool bars.

However! Now I want to make a minor change to the form,
while I can get at the tables via F11, I can't get to the
toolbox for forms, nor the DB startup options to enable
menus! So I'm trapped!

Any help available out there??? How can I enable those
menus again?

Well, that's incredible!

Yesterday, I experineced absolutely the same problem!
I was just killing some time experimenting and BOOM -
all my tables, forms and code went off

I knew there should be some trick.
And look with my first visit to this discussion group,
the first message I read gives me the answer
