Enabling Single Sign-On in Project Professsional

We have CAC enabled our Project Server, after the CAC enablement PMs can no
longer connect to Project Server through Project Professional. These are the
2003 versions. It is a requirement to CAC enable our Project Server. Is there
a way to connect Project Professional to a CAC enabled Project Server? Maybe
through VBA or something.
