Encarta Dictionary Missing in 2003?

My computer crashed and our IT had to re-install everything. Upon
re-installation of MS Office 2003, the ENCARTA Dictionary is not present in
MS Word research panel.

I have asked our IT Department on this, but was told that the ENCARTA
Dictionary is not included in the licensed copy of the MS Office installer
that our company bought.

Please, can someone help me, I need to have the online dictionary, as it is
a big help for my correspondences.
