Encoding Issues and more (Pub2003)

When I'm trying to open old, ANSI Publisher file in Pub2003 following things happen:

* Publication text saved in local codepage improperly
translates as if it were in 1252 codepage;

* Paragraph marks inside stories are replaced with
line breaks.

I would appreciate to know how work those things around.

Are you trying to read Publisher 2.0 files? What ANSI converter are you using?
Are they really important files? I can convert them for you into a 2003 version.
