a user has 2 computers with outlook 2003 on both using the same Microsoft
Exchange 2003 mailbox. on one machine he can view HTML e-mails and such no
problem. on the other machine the body of html e-mails are blank. If i go
up to View --> Encoding and change it from US-ASCII to Western European
(Windows) Poof, i can see the mail message on that computer now too. This
would be great if I could just find a way to make Western European (Windows)
the default for all messages and not just one message. Or if anyone knows
how to fix my US-ASCII encoding to work again for html messages I'd take that
too...
I've uninstalled and re-installed with no change, i've tried logging in with
a different profile and no change.
