Hi there,
Things were running very smoothly until two days ago then I was hearing
that my attachments were unable to be opened (pdfs). I was sending to
windows computer so had ³no compression² and base64 encoding set in the
preferences and checked in the send window. I tried sending in applecode too
with no improved results as expected. I have attached the error code. I was
able to open the attachment out of my own ³sent¹ folder. I also ran numerous
check on the pdf file itself through preferences set in both ³indesign 2.0²
and ³adobe acrobat 6.03²-this included checking linked files and
accessibility options. Nothing seemed to help. I then ran the compact
database/repairs tool for entourage. I also ran cocktail 3.6.1 on its most
extensive test (prebinding, permissions etc). Resent email same error
message! I then send some other file types jpg, gif to myself and they came
through fine. Then refreshed entourage preference files-

Sent again still no joy!
So now to Mail 2.0.1 sent the same pdf - - and fine! It came through no
problem.
I really don¹t want to change to mail though as have spent much time setting
up folders and calendars and love the view preview pane on right option
amongst other features of entourage.
Can anyone help with this one??
