encoding problem

Hi there!

I' m having a problem with meeting requests that come to Outlook 2003 from
an external compatible application (Window Sharepoint Services). When
Outlook opens meetings requests with greek characters, it opens them
incorrectly, as if the encoding is wrong. This does not happen with
Contacts, only with Calendar items. Is there on option I can activated to
check Calendar encoding? I have already tried changing regional settings and
had no chance.
