Encoding problems :Project Server 2002 under Windows 2003

Is there anybody who have an experience in following
things:
1) I installed Project Server 2002 under Windows 2003.
Everithing was good.
2) I have clients: Project Pro under Windows 2000.
3) When I try to publish anything in cyrillic (for
example, task's name or enterprise recorses' names) from
MS Project, all my cyrillic letters are crashed. Even in
case, when MS Project is on the same computer where
Project server is installed.
When I publish anything in cyrillic (for example,
accounts's name through Web Access, everithing is good.

Help, please! :))
