Encoding (Script) setting in font selection should be honoured

When changing the font for views in Outlook 2003, the script setting is not
remembered or reset to the default for non-unicode programs (even on Windows
XP).

My system is of German origin, but has been set to default to Hong Kong
chinese encoding (Big5) for non-unicode programs. This works fine for all
applications involving german, other western or asian fonts/characters/etc.
Even with mixed content there are no problems. The exception is Outlook 2003,
where the inbox view insists on encoding German characters (öäüß) as chinese
big5.

I then tried to change the font script to explicitly being western or
central european through the view customisation dialogs, but to no avail. The
script setting is simply ignored.

In an upcoming fix this should be addressed, so that Outlook uses the
selected encoding, rather than the system default for NON-unicode... I
thought Outlook does use Unicode, now that's supposed to make sense !??
