Encoding

I couldn't find the 'Encoding' under ''View in Microsoft Outlook 2003 to read
incoming emails in Chinese characters. Can anyone help?

Double click to open the message in its own window first.

....then click Edit | Edit Message; now you should be able to view Format
| Encoding, and change it if necessary.

However, this may not solve the problem when the multibyte characters
are already broken or replaced with question marks. It is really the
original sender's responsibility to set the correct encoding when
sending any multibyte character messages.
