I do apologise for asking this question as I am sure someone had a
similar problem recently.
I frequently get a message 'Microsoft Word for Windows has encountered a
problem and needs to close...' The report mentions file
C:\DOCUME~1|........\appcompat.txt.
Clearly there is something not right here. Am I able to cure it with
this information? I can't find any such file anywhere.
