Hi!
About four days ago, my "Word" started to give me "MS
Word has encountered problems and needs to shut down" when
I tried to access it.
I removed all documents that were floating around, did a
restore to a good date, removed and reinstalled "Word"
(from original disc with computer) and still get the same
message. I dutifully sent error message to MS.
How do I fix this, and how do I get to the program to fix
it before I get the error message? I use a Gateway,
upgraded to XP.
