Encrypted Email Problems

Hi, When I receive an encrypted email, I open up to view it, a copy of the
email is placed in the deleted folder. Also, when I close out the email in
my inbox and open it up again to view it the entire message in the body of
the email is gone. The attachments and headers are still there but the body
of the message is gone with all the content. I have to go into my deleted
folder to get the copy of the email to view it again. I upgraded from 2003
to 2007 to see if this would fix it but it wont. Do you know why this is
happening? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Does the same happen in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

I ran it in safe mode and the it worked. When you run it in regular mode
when opening the email it prompts me for my pin number to open the email. In
safe mode it did not prompt me for the pin but it worked.

So, how can I get it to work in regular mode then? Thanks for you help.
