particular recipient. I have installed the certificate and am able to
receive and open the message. The problem is that when I open it, it
is formatted as plain text instead of HTML. I would normally expect
that I setup the e-mail incorrectly, but a friend was able to open it
correctly on another machine. I don't see any HTML tags in the message
that I receive, but there is no HTML formatting displayed. I am
running Outlook 2007. I have gone into the Trust Center->E-mail
