If you mean: "Can I use the encryption option of Microsoft Access to encrypt
the data stored within an SQL Server database",
the answer is: no.
Access encryption is actually performed by the underlying default database
management product, microsoft Jet. It is only applicable to Jet databases.
There is no way for Jet to encrypt or decrypt data stored in other database
products like SQL Server, afaik.

I'm using MySQL and the encryption function has not been
added.
