I am using Outlook 2007 + WinXP Professional SP2 and it worked fine with
Encryption and Digital Signature. What I did was go to Tools --> Trust Center
--> Under Email Security --> Check the box "Encrypt contents and attachments
for outgong messages" and "Add digital signature to outgoing messages".
However, due to unknown reasons, suddenly all these settings are greyed out.
And I am unable to check/uncheck. Does anyone knows how to rectify this
issue?
