end program wms idle hotfix

I HAVE OFFICE 2002 I NEED THE HOTFIX FOR END PROGRAM WMS IDLE IVE TRYED
DOWMLOADING THE ONE FOR 2007 AND IT SAYS I NEED TO CHECK THE PROGRAM CAN
ANYONE HELP ITS ANNOYING

Hi Tautman,

I'm not sure which hotfix you're referring to. The only ones for Mindows Media Services (WMS) related to Office that I recall are
related to MS Office Communicator 2005 and 2007

If you're running Norton then you may want to try turning off the Office Plug in the miscellaneous tab of the Options ares.
