End User Licence AGreement

We are getting the End User LIcence Agreement appearing
every time Word/Excel etc is opened although the 'accept'
agreement button is clicked.

All installations have been correctly done, this problem
has just started to occur.

All advice would be welcome

Thanks for that - have installed and opened all software
as administrator during install, this is normal practise
when installing to ensure that it fully installs and
functions.
