Recently installed Office 2003 for small business, having removed Office
2000. Now every time I open Word, Excell etc. the End-User Licence agreement
pops up. I accept and all is well. But next time i open it, there is the
Agreement again. How can I stop this annoying situation?

If you have Windows XP, then log in to Windows as Administrator, start
an Office program, accept the EULA, close the Office program, log out of
Windows as Administrator, and log back in to Windows using your normal
user profile.

If you have Windows Vista, then right-click on an Office program
shortcut, choose to run the Office program as Administrator, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, and then start the Office program normally.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".

Go into The Administrator account and open a program, accept the EULA,
and then go back to your regular user account. An account with
administrator privileges won't cut it.

Thanks. I'm a single user with little Vista experience. I'm recognized as
"Owner" and I guess Administrator. However, when I right click on a shortcut,
I do not get an option to open as administrator and no matter what I try,
can't seem to do so. I tried the link you gaver mebut it didn't work either
(I was afraid to play with the registry, but will do so if this is the only
way). Can you advise more? Your help is appreciated!

Try clicking on the program instead of the shortcut.

I appriciate your advice, but I'm just not getting it to work for me. I have
Vista and I installed Offiice 2003 Pro. I'm signed on as the Administrator.
When I right click on a shortcut or an Office program itself I do not get the
option of 'open as administrator'. It just says 'open'.
I've also followed the instructions on
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/884202/en-us but when I get to step 2 under
resolutions, and right click on a program, again I do not get the 'run as
administrator' option. It just says 'open'.
Am I just missing something? Can you advise me further?
