END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT

After purchasing and installing MS Office PowerPoint 2003
I now get the following message"END-USER LICENSE
AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT....must accept...

I now have to click on accept end user license agreement
every time I launch any of the MS Office programs, what
is going on?

Please let me know how I turn the message off.

Make sure that you are the administrator, or make sure that you have the
administrator rights when you go through the End User License Agreement.
