End User License Agreement Window

After Installing and activating office 2003 basic edition,
upon starting any program within the suite of products the
end user license agreement window is shown with the agree
and disagree buttons on the bottom.

I have updated office 2003 with the latest updates also.

This is a new P.C with windows XP Professional installed.

Any suggestions as to how i may solve this issue?

Log in as an administrator and accept the EULA.
