end user license agreement

Question on EULA

I am using Microsoft Office Professional 2003, whenever I start the
application, the End User license agreement appears, requesting
'Accept or Decline, as well as Print'.

Is there anyway of stopping this?

I've login as administrator and accept the EULA but the message still appear
whenever I start the program again.

Please help.
