With Office XP SP2 and all current updates, the Microsoft
Office XP End User License Agreement appears every time I
launch Word or Excel. Once accepted, everything works
right thereafter.

Hi Jay,

Your user profile may not have the permissions needed
to log the License acceptance to the registry. Try
logging in as Administrator to accept the agreement.

Bob,

I was signed in as the administrator. Unless the account
somehow did not get the right permissions, the problem
must be elsewhere.

Thanks,

Jay
