end user license comes up every time I start Oulook

I have recently installed Outlook 2003 on my new computer. Every time I start
Outlook I have to accept the Micosoft end-user license agreeent. Does anyone
know why it is doing this? It didn't happen on my old computer.

Also, I have to constantly reset the default -mail account as the computer
keeps switching to my hotmail account for new e-mails.

Can anyone help?
