End User License License Agreement (EULA) - Over and over and over

The problem I ran into with on of them was that he could
not accept the End User License License Agreement (EULA).
After checking the box and selecting "Next" PWA simply
reloaded the EULA. I get no error messages just reloaded page every
time. Anyone know how to get past this? If possible please e-mail
directly! Thanks!

It might be related user rights

The user has admin rights to his laptop and has the current MDAC. I
am still getting the EULA over and over....

You need to be a diagnostician and figure out what's interfering with this
on this specific machine. Any browser add-ins or other application
conflicts? Strange security settings?

I had this same issue when I connected a client to one server (where
we had applied many of the hotfixes) and the reconnected it to another
"clean" server with no hotfixes applied.

Could this be what happened?
